You have several options at the end of your lease.
Tailored Leases
Most elements in a lease can be
structured and adjusted as needed. Signature Auto Leasing will work with you to
create the lease that is right for your unique situation.
Purchase Option
Your agreement may include the option to
purchase your vehicle at the end of the lease. When signing your contract, you
will know the purchase price or the formula for determining the price.
Right to Extend or Renew
The right to extend or renew is
an option that can either be negotiated up front or at the end of the lease
term. If negotiated up front, it can often reduce your lease costs.
Right to Early Termination
If you think you may need to
terminate your lease before its completion, ask about including such a provision
in the contract. Of course, there is a cost for this provision, which will be
specified in the "early termination clause."
Reassignments
The lease contract is with you. Therefore,
any financial responsibility resulting from an unauthorized third party
reassignments is yours. If you think third party reassignment is necessary,
please work closely with us to structure the terms to protect you from any undue
financial obligations.
